Sisters unite!
In our society, where women still are disadvantaged, it is necessary to encourage them to stand up for their rights. We face this matter also in our schools. Therefore AKS has a focus on the encouragement of young female school students and organises a seminar for young women every year. Here they find a space to educate themselves and gain new skills and knowledges. This year the seminar took place in St. Gilgen in Austria where over 50 school students had a weekend to visit different workshops and network with others. Another project that has been launched by AKS is the gender report. Here, the gender ratios in the student counsils will be shown.
