AKS organises school student representatives congress

From the 9th to the 11th March OBESSU’s Austrian member Aktion Kritische SchülerInnen (AKS) organised the biggest seminar for school students in Austria. Over 250 school student representatives met in Velden to gain new experience and new knowledge in 13 different workshops.

In the evenings and during the free time the pupils took their chance to network and exchange ideas. A big game was played during the hole weekend where the participants had the possibilities to show teamskills and creativity. On Saturday afternoon a pub quiz was organised and every evening there was the opportunity to watch an interesting film from One World Filmclubs. The feeling during the whole seminar was very motivating, participents were interested and open minded. AKS took the chance to present the new campaign for more democracy in the voting system for school student representatives in Austria.
