OBESSU Policy Paper on Inclusion of Ethnic Minorities in Schools

True educational equality cannot exist while ethnic minority students continue to face discrimination, eurocentic curricula, and the daily experience of not seeing themselves reflected in their schools. Policies exist on paper across Europe, but they are routinely failing in practice. OBESSU calls on all European governments and EU institutions to close the gap between policy and reality, and build school environments where every student, regardless of their background, truly belongs.
