OBESSU Policy Paper on Inclusivity within and beyond Education

Inclusion is not a box to tick: it is an ongoing, collective responsibility. Prejudices, stereotypes, and Eurocentric curricula continue to make schools hostile places for students of colour and marginalised communities across Europe. OBESSU calls on European institutions, national governments, and educational stakeholders to decolonise curricula, dismantle discrimination, and build school environments where every student’s identity is not just tolerated, but genuinely celebrated.
