OBESSU Policy Recommendations “Forging an Inclusive Future in VET”

To achieve true inclusivity, VET institutions must look beyond the classroom environment and foster meaningful learner engagement in all aspects of institutional life. Too many VET students from underrepresented groups remain excluded from the decision-making bodies that define their educational experience. Their voices, talents, and perspectives get lost, limiting both their personal development and the institution’s capacity for genuine inclusion. These recommendations are founded on the evidence-based findings of the InclusiVET project.
