Goodbye from Estel

Today is my last day in the OBESSU Secretariat and I wanted to say a proper goodbye to the platform explaining my experience:

One day, I landed in OBESSUland, and like in all stories, I have experienced many adventures, good, difficult and extremely funny ones. Like in all adventure stories, I have met many different characters that have made this journey special and unique (Special thanks to my colleagues Rasmus, Giorgio, Paolo, Ela, Riccardo and Tiia!). Like in all adventure stories, I have taken many different roads (more than 70 planes in total!) that allowed me to discover new dimensions, people and experiences. I’ve learned a lot with all of you, from my colleagues, from the Board, the MOs, the participants, the different and multiple prep-teams I’ve worked with and I feel very PRIVILEGED to have been part of this magic OBESSUland!

Now, since the work of the Secretariat is a little bit mysterious sometimes, I would like to summarise my daily work at OBESSU for the last two years in a few images:

It has a special energy, it’s full of motivated young people, and the most amazing thing is that it is a youth organisation managed BY and FOR young people.

After all these years, events, meetings, skypes, emails, etc. I just want to say thank you to everyone for your energy, motivation, commitment and to encourage you to continue making this organisation as awesome as it is!
