OBESSU has opened the call for applications for Members of the Working Group on Mental Health. The working group is responsible for shaping and supporting the implementation of OBESSU’s work on Mental Health in 2018 (in cooperation with the OBESSU Board).

Aims and tasks of the working group
As a member of the working group you will contribute to:

  • Mapping the European situation of mental health of school students. Gathering proposals to create a preventive and more supportive school environment.
  • Preparing an awareness-raising campaign focusing on how the school community can create a supportive environment for students with mental health issues. This campaign will be built on the results of the Welfare research OBESSU conducted.

The Working Group will also prepare a workshop, linked to the awareness-raising campaign, to be presented during the Yo!Fest accompanying the European Youth Event at the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
