On the 12th and 13th of May, the Kick Off meeting of the project Innovation Station took place in Brussels.
OBESSU, together with the partners of the project, EuroClio (the Netherlands), Egina (Italy), the Hellenic Open University (Greece) and Impossible Foundation (Poland) had 2 days of fruitful discussions and working sessions to start planning the next steps to implement the project after the summer.
Our project aims to work towards the creation of a support system for both teachers and students to adapt to the digital challenges they are facing with online education and learning.
We will research what are the best practices and useful tools for teachers to carry out digital and blended learning in an engaging way for students, and on the other hand how students can develop their learning to learn competence for a better self-directed learning. The main outputs of the project will be a study on good practices on digital and blended learning, a set of guidelines for teachers on the same and a MOOC for students on self-directed and self-paced learning. The project also aims at creating spaces for exchange and dialogue among teachers and students, as well as other education stakeholders
The project is funded by the Erasmus + programme and started in April 2022, running until the end of March 2024.
