A little step forward towards #vote16
Last week the Belgian Government announced that young people from 16 years old will now be granted the right to vote for European Elections.

Belgium will be the third EU Member State to adopt this recommendation, following Austria and Malta, where 16 years old can instead vote at all levels.

Lifelong Learning Platform General Assembly 2020
On 25th September OBESSU participated in the annual General Assembly of the Lifelong Learning Platform. The LLLP is an organisation gathering together civil society organisations working on education at European level, from cradle to grave. Members of the LLLP include student organisations, higher education institutions, parents, early childhood organisations, youth and volunteering organisations and much more, encompassing the formal, non formal and informal sectors of education.
